How do I integrate them with the other hens?

Mom would have done this for you by permitting her to do the natural thing and raise her brood within the flock.

Is mom still with them? Have they been within sight and sound of the main flock? If so, just let them out.
If not, you will need to have a very large area where they can be fenced in with the main flock so they can all see each other for at least a week before they are let out to intermingle. Good luck.

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

Where do you live that it's getting too cold for 6-week olds to live in the smaller coop they're in right now? Or is that smaller coop getting too small?

Folks above have mentioned the way we integrate when we have no other choice, but if you have the means to let them grow up a couple of more months in the present coop they're in, that would be better. Once they're about the same size, integration is a snap.
