Every morning, I let my girls out, give them oats in the driveway then go back in to get my daughter ready for school. The girls are usually done with breakfast by the time we go out to the bus and after DD is off to school I'll sit outside and read while they cuddle up to me and bathe/nap.
Today, Henrietta is literally in my lap soaking up pets while I read on my Kindle. I absentmindedly grab for my coffee. My little Plymouth, Karen, buk boks at me so I look over and she's following my cup, DRINKING IT DOWN!
I chide her, sort of, and she jumps up on Henrietta trying to get to it!
Well, that certainly nails the "are my eggs organic" debate shut without a doubt
Do any of your chickens have peculiar cravings/funny habits?
