Hi from St. John's, Newfoundland

Awesome site!

I'm wondering if any other BYC folks from St. John's or surrounding area. Growing up my Dad always raised layers and had many strange and unique breeds. I guess back then I didn't appreciate how lucky I was. I recall the spring days of traveling around trading some chicks, or eggs for hatching, or the odd adult that really caught my Dad's eye.

Those days are long gone now however I'm hoping to start out my own little Coop. I've been doing some research and haven't come up with much with folks raising hens in my area.
