I really don't know, but she sure doesn't want to put weight on it. Can you pick her up and try to rotate the joint, comparing it to the other joint? Be gentle, I think that's where the problem it, up at the thigh joint. See if she reacts.

Unfortunately no. And the rooster leave the young ones alone because they have all the older hens. It is possible, I just haven’t seen the roosters jumping on the little ones.

Wonder if you could put her in a sling. Let me ask some of the Educators for suggestions.

Using a sling for periods may help her be more comfortable, and let it rest. You do need to supervise, don't want her to freak out and struggle to get out of it and hurt herself more. Usually it's set up so that the feet touch the ground, but don't really bear weight. This also allows them to eat and drink more normally, and poop.
I would also get her on B vitamins, a B complex or super B complex tablet or capsule, 1/2 of one daily. Human ones, any pharmacy, brand doesn't really matter. Just put it in her beak and push back a little, she will swallow it. If it's a sprain or strain, those can take weeks to fully resolve, even months sometimes. I usually put them back with the flock when they are mobile enough to function and not likely get hurt. When not in a sling, if you have a wire crate, I would keep her in that, in the coop with the others if space allows, with her own food and water. That will allow her to see and be seen by the flock, which is less stressful and makes reintegrating later easier. It will protect her and reduce her activities to allow rest.

Hey everyone, I have this chicken I’m worried about. Yesterday morning she was fine, last night she was huddled and didn’t want to walk. The dark video is from last night. This morning I separated her from the rest and gave her Water with a multi vitamin and chick starter with an egg mixed in it. The second video is from this afternoon. Thoughts? I was thinking a leg injury or vitamin deficiency… they free range and get good feed. She’s 18 weeks old.

What do you feed, including treats?

Her poop is green, which may be from not eating well. She's also quite fluffed and unkempt looking.
Have you treated for Coccidiosis and/or worms recently?
