I have a chicken that's gone mostly limp. What I mean is that when I put her down she immediately falls like she can't balance. Falls forward then transitions to sitting posture. She lets me extend her wings completely and do things that usually freak them out to no reaction. She has some touble supporting her head. I was on one knee (like a proposal) with her on my other leg. She hooped off and basically faceplanted. She definitely can't get into any perches or anything like that. Aside from this limpness she seems completely fine. She's sitting in my lap right now as though everything's fine.
I just now had to cut some feathers from around her vent- most of the poop I saw was mostly urea- mostly white, but I don't know if that really means much.

Forgot to attach photos.
The bald spot comes from some bullying issues- a solution has been implemented but is not 100% effective.

Despite her breath smelling her crop is like completely empty. No fluid no anything. And she won't eat.
in terms of time she was lathargic this morning, but I wrote it off as she was completely fine yesterday.
Honestly I don't know if she has a chance, as she seems to be fading, but I'm gonna keep (admittedly frantically) posting in hopes of someone getting a diagnosis in time.

Do you have a vet that could do a fecal float? It's usually cheap, my vet charges $15. Has she lost any weight? Does she feel bonier than usual?

Sadly no. This forum is the extent of our support for them. She doesn't feel bony, and feels mostly the same weight- though I'm not intimately farmiliar- we have 19 birds and had 0 before, so it's hard for me to remember specifically.
I just threw her feathers out after I cut it away, and she hasn't pooped since.

I'm pretty sure sour crop is a big factor in this after giving it some time her crop has swelled up a bit. I think I'll try and make her vomit- as I don't think she'll see morning if I don't- though I'll wait for a reply first.
As messed up as it seems- giving her eggs will feed her without feeding the yeast right? I'm about to put her in the dog crate for the night, and wanna leave her something in case she does manage to pull through the night.
Her breathing also seems labored- almost sounds like she's burping. That could just be from general weakness.I got low with on my way outta the coop to offer her water and she just sat there with her beak in it before I pulled her back up.
