aaaaachhhuuuuu. or mores snqueak snquek!
Just wanna ask because I have experienced in January.. I use the DLM and in january I noticed I had cat peeing and pooping in the coop (WAY NOT COOL)... My lavender orp (5 mths at the time) all took turn sneezing, snotting etc.. A few few of the big birds would occasionally sneeze.. Well I knew it had smelled more coopy then normal and one day i squated down and about knocked myself out. The amonia smell at their ground level was horrid.. I stripped all the bedding and replaced , all symtoms went away.
We its nice out the girls are outside from morning to night. Winter I found the coop has to been changed every 2 mths or so (more to the cats I think) and I have a poop board under the roost that saves soooooooooooooo much poop from hitting the floor.
Now , if youre birdy really has a cold then forget everything I just wrote and I'll finish my coffee... good luck.
