Go to your Tractor Supply and look in the refrigerated section. You should be able to get Procaine Penicillin G. Get the smallest syringes they carry along with a pack of 20 gauge needles.

You will need to give her a daily injection into the breast muscle, alternate sides each day. Dosage is 1/4ml for 4-5days.

For cleaning the wound I would recommend colliadial silver. You can't touch its healing properties with anything out there. I have used this on wounds(major dog bites) on myself, puncture from a cage on a dog, and a chicken that got a hole n foot from hardware cloth(I put it on in the evening and it was healed up by the next morning) I even used it on me to clear a chest cold that started but never got bad(everyone around me was sick) because of it.

For now I would use this on the wounds. It kills infection almost instantly.

In that article about flystrike, she recommends Vetericyn for wounds and I still like Banixx. Tractor Supply carries both, I believe. They are both sprays.
