so one of our girls got bitten last night on the neck and is now snoring, any idea why? she’s drinking water (havent tried food yet), we re keeping her warm with a towel, but shes snoring (??) got no clue why

If you got bitten on the throat and air escapes through it as you breathe, you would also sound like you're snoring.

It sounds like you hen has a puncture wound and should be on an antibiotic.
are there any homemade antibiotics or ones that i have at home? my parents dont want to go out and buy any

In emergency medicine (for people), snoring respirations following trauma are a sign of a serious breathing problem. For people, we use a "jaw thrust" method to move the lower jaw forward which opens up the airway. This is the temporary fix until they get to see an ER doctor.
I'm not a chicken expert, but I do work on an ambulance, and if this were a person snoring after a trauma, we'd be hauling butt to the ER. There could be swelling or other injury to the airway, which may or may not become fatal. Main concern is that your hen is able to maintain her airway.

If you have any antibiotics in your bathroom cupboard, they will work on a chicken. If you find any, tell us what it is and what strength and we'll advise as to the dosage.

Neosporin will only treat bacteria that is on the surface of her wound. A puncture wound has bacteria deep inside, injected by the teeth of the predator that bit her. It's why she needs an antibiotic on the inside of her body. The bacteria is likely already circulating in her bloodstream.
