chicken green around the eyes- should be red

my australorp is 3 months old, we think it's a hen. she has had this green color and is not active and not eating for 2 days now. what should i do?

Thank you for your interest. I couldn't get a good pic but she is much better now, eating & active. We did put worm medicine in the water just in case so maybe that was it?

I noticed your pic. Is that your chicken? We heard they sit on the eggs and we have never had on that did so this is exciting! They are very interested when I talk to them. Very cute!
