Chicken growth

I have 3 Rhode Island Red hens. They are approximately 20 weeks old. All are healthy and happy! I bought all 3 together as baby chicks and were in the brooder together until old enough for the run. One of the reds matured quicker than the other two and has recently started to lay. She has the large, bright red comb and wattles. The other two reds barley have their combs and wattles. I’m sorta stunned as to why the other two haven’t matured like the one already laying. Is this normal? As far as their size and weight, that’s all normal. Your feedback is appreciated.

Just like all species chickens reach sexual maturity at different ages. Sounds as if your birds are developing normally at their own pace.
