Chicken Guard problems

We have the Chicken Guard extreme door. Have been using it since May. It does not get exposed to any weather. No problems until a few days ago. Had to change it to manuaL mode to separate new from old chickens for 2 days. Went back to timer and now up and down buttons do not do anything. If you pushed them nothing happens. The door didn’t go down tonight on timer either. Tried 2 new sets of batteries as it said they were low. Nothing works. I’m not getting an error message either. Any advice?

There is no power at all?

The one thing I don't like about their design is that battery holder that has the wire that you need to connect up, maybe that's come loose?

The programmer part is working, just no motor activity at al

CHeck the motor connections and, if you have access to. A meter, check to see if the voltage is correct. It does sound like a board failure IMHO. Check their website and call or email them.
