Chicken has 2 spots/tumors on her face

Hen has had the dark spot on her nose since yesterday and one white spot on her wattle. She don't seem sick as of right now but I would like to figure out if you guys know what this is and how I can help her. I also hope this is not contagious. Thank you so much.
