Chicken has bleeding leg! What can I do for her?

I have no idea how this happened but please let me know what I can do to help my hen.

Looks as if she caught it/scraped it on something. Try to keep her in a clean environment and apply antibiotic ointment. It will heal readily.

Thank you it is already starting to scab.
