One of my hens has weird clear goo coming from vent. Everytime she cleans herself the liquid comes out. Otherwise she is completely fine. Perky as it gets. Her bum is a little dirty as well. I just washed her a week ago. I gave her some papaya today. Should I be worried otherwise if she's completely fine?

Could it be egg white (albumen?) Does she lay eggs? How old is she? Does she have any enlargement of her bottom? I would clean off her vent area to keep flies from laying maggot eggs and causing fly strike in warm weather.

She does lay and is about 2 years old. Otherwise she's completley fine

If it is thicker, like egg white, she may have had an egg or shell-less egg break inside. If she hasn’t laid in the last day or two, a calcium citrate tablet or Tums given orally may help. If you need to keep a close eye on her, placing her in a wire dog crate with food and water might be good. A towel or puppy pad over the bedding would show what her droppings are like.
