Chicken has lice

Our chicken has lice, dry poop and what appears to be crusted skin all over her butt. What is the best way to remove this without cutting off her butt feathers?

Poop - Clean with warm water and mild soap.
Lice - If you live in the US, go buy some permethrin spray or powder and apply it to the chicken and the chicken's coop.

I got permathin powder and put it all over her living area and her, she is usually seperate from the other hens and I already put Diatomaceous Earth on them.
