My chickens tail feathers look plucked but she has been alone because she’s taking meds for bumblefoot

Hello,

Can anyone help me identify what is going on with my chicken. She is currently out during the day. And then at night she is taking meds for bumble foot and sleeping inside by herself. We haven’t seen any other chicken bully her or seen her pick at her feathers. We checked her for mites and lice and couldn’t find any. Any help is appreciated. She’s had a bit of pasty butt but vet said could be from stress or meds for bumble foot.
