Chicken has Minor Wheezing and sneezing! HELP!

i started to notice my chicken breathing with her moth open. i come in closely to realize she is also wheezing. she sneezes here n there. no discharge.
will VetRx do the trick?

In my experience, VetRx helps with symptoms, but doesn't cure anything. My chicks have been sneezing since August (no discharge or any other symptoms). I've tried vetrx, copper sulfate, denagard, and ACV. (And Bactrim, but that was for cocci in addition to the corid).
I think my chicks have Infectious Bronchitis. If so, it's viral and we just have to wait it out and let them fight it on their own... which I thought I read took a month, but now I've heard up to a year.
