Chicken has no meat on one thigh!

So one of our barred rock recently stopped walking. At first she was able to hop but now even that is too much of a strain for her.
We had no idea what was wrong with her because there were no signs of injury or her, but a few days ago when we felt her right thigh, it barely had any meat/muscle on it compared to her left thigh.

Currently she is sleeping a lot and we have to force feed her because she barely eats.
Does anyone know what might have caused this?

How does the skin look on the affected leg? Is it normal (chicken white)?
