Chicken has soft eggs

Her latest egg was a bit harder but still broke, not the same brown hue, some of my family is worried that she might be dying, I honestly hope not. Still no blood in her poop or eggs.

Let me say this, my hen is now making a sort of soft whining noise while she goes to bed, also I think all my hens still sneeze, she also makes a sort of wheezing noise when I pick her up but when I hear her breath it still doesn't seem nearly as bad since I had her on a medication for her breathing problems earlier, and the other hens as well.

Some respiratory virus's can cause egg shell issues. Many of them are chronic and you can treat the symptoms but the symptoms will return under times of stress. Do you know what she was treated for before, exactly? How old is she?
If the shell was harder, I would give the once a day, see if it continues to firm up.

All of my hens have been sneezing as of late, I did have to use Diaotaceous Earth and permatin recently to kill the lice in their living area. The shells are still white and some have black dots, this one broke but the newest one which of of course still lacks the usual brownish coloring is harder now so the hen's shells are improving again.

I am not sure what respiratory disease she had before but all I know is that her breathing vastly improved when I treated her with Amoxicillin it greatly improved her and the rest of the hen's breathing. I heard that permathin and Diaotaceous Earth can caus some issues.

So far their poop doesn't have any blood in it so they shouldn't have any parasites.

One more point to add, one time I hardboiled an egg and found a couple of black spots and some hard pieces of grass in the egg.

Infectious bronchitis virus can cause egg shell problems and other reproductive disorders, not to all hens, but the possibility is there. Also there can be kidney issues or later respiratory issues. Wrinkled or corrugated egg shells is said to be a good sign of past exposure to infectious bronchitis. Here is a technical article about the effects of IBV:

Well all my hens seem to sneeze more often ever since I treated the yard with permathin and Diaotaceous Earth for lice. It used to be worse even before that but I once treated them for their breathing issues with amoxicillin and tylosin it was much better, especially for the hen.

Would calcium supplement help, she is still laying soft eggs. Is this disease fatal? Will my hen still be able to live a good life? She seems to be having a jolly time now and her poop still looks good.
