Chicken has TONS of poop stuck on her bottom

This is Maria our 1 year old RIR for the past two days she had tons of poop stuck on her butt. At first I thought it will probably go away but it keeps building up and is wet and gross.She is still laying eggs every day, and we feed them a high protein feed. Help?

You need to wash it off so she doesn't get sick and you can actually see if anything looks off
