Even if it does need help, opening the incubator at this point risks all your other eggs.

Don't harm the many to save just one. It seems cruel but I don't think your incubation was messed up this time so if it can't hatch there is probably a reason. Even if it's been 24 hours, it can survive off of yolk for 2 or three days. Don't open that bator!
