Chicken health testing in Texas

Hey Y'all,

We have 31 chickens and have 7 in the incubator set to hatch March 5th. I was wondering how would we get our chickens tested by the state?

I've looked online and can't seem to find any information regarding 'chicken health testing'. Or maybe I'm not looking in the right spot.

Any suggestions??
