Chicken Hearts?

Has anyone else really enjoyed eating them I think they are great had them at the farm I was working on they tasted like bacon and were so good I am graving some right now

anyone else like them?

I absolutely LOVE chicken hearts! Usually, I boil them whole for about 5 minutes, then saute in lemon pepper, soy sauce, and worsteshire.

My DS likes them too but the DW isn't interested.

I love to put tons of them finely chopped in my Turkey gravy ( giblits ). but that is my extent on them would also like to see other ideas though.

Hearts and gizzards together - simmer em up, make a gravy and serve over mashed taters...... delish!

these sound great I love the health benefits of organ meat although sometimes it just doesn't taste good.

While in Brazil we were treated to a dinner thrown by a bunch or graduate students. One of the dishes they served was grilled chicken hearts. They took about 100 (yea I know it's a lot) and put them on small skewers. Rolled them in very course rock salt and then grilled them over real charcoal (not briquettes). When done in about 2 minutes they knocked the salt of and served. They were AMAZINGLY good, tender, smokey and just plain yummy.

fried with the livers! Yum!!! great snack food...when I drove around alot I liked to get them from the convienence stores!

They also make great catfish bait!
