Chicken helmet/bonnet??

Has anyone ever seen a design/idea for a way to protect a hen from overmating. I have a "special" chicken that just lays down every time my rooster walks by, so she gets mated more often than the other 10 hens. He's not aggressive, but he ends up pulling the feathers out behind her comb when he grabs on so frequently. I made a saddle that has stopped his claws from pulling back feathers, but I can't figure out a design to cover the head. She's not bothered by it, so I might be overreacting.

That is often the case.
As long as she's not bleeding or stressed, you may just have to get used to it.
