The chicks are 7 weeks old now and have made the transition from staying in a box in the garage under a heat lamp
to full-time outdoor living in their coop. They've all done well and have gotten much bigger. They love the wife's
chihuahua and he's taken on a protective role over them. They come running when they see him and he "herds"
them to different places in the yard. It's pretty cheap entertainment.

That is funny! I think Snickers is waiting for 'dog treats' to pop out.
 
i hope my chi's are so good. they stare longingly in the coop when the babies are in there. looks like they want a snack to me tho...
