Chicken Housing question

Hello everyone I am just starting to raise me a small flock to play around with I have ten gunieas, ten chickens and a rooster. I am planning to build a chicken pen that is going to be 20X20 with the chicken house being 8X 10 and I am also planning to add three geese is this enough room ? How many chickens can I place in a 20X20 so that the birds will be comfortable and healthy someone please help me I apprecaite it

. I believe the suggested minimum run space is 10 feet per chicken.

4 square feet coop space per bird, 10 square feet of run. And guineas don't always do well with chickens, they can be a little aggressive in confinement.
