looking for any advice on how to make sure he eats and drinks well and that he isn't sitting in his own waste I put his head up to the water and he drinks some he seems t have some limited neck movement and head movement. He can't move his neck enough to keep it up but he can move it a little and he can swallow and open his mouth. He doesn't seem very interested in eating his crumble. I had seen (from here) some advice about adding water to crumble and that that helps? Any other advice? I've unfortunately had a lot of chickens die at my work for a number of reasons and unfortunately because I only work here 4/7 days I can't be there for him every day. If I can do anything to make sure he survives though I will keep trying.

Would your work let you take him home to care for and monitor him? How long has he been unable to move?
unlikely that they would let me take him home with me but there is a second facility they can take him to to take care of hi although I doubt they will. From what my coworker who works the shift before me says it happened just yesterday I do know that coworker cares for the chickens just as much as we do but I don't know if the coworkers working the days we both have off will be as attentive. Will post photos soon.
