I’m hoping that someone can help me identify this chicken, I’m pretty sure it’s a bantam chicken But trying to figure out the breed. We were at a county fair and my kids found it in a box next to the trash of course we took it home! Also I’m not sure if that’s too early to tell if it’s a rooster or not but if that information is obvious please let me know.

Good on you for rescuing it from an untimely end in the trash. But it's much too early to even begin guessing at the gender, although bantams do generally color up a bit quicker in the comb and wattle region. In a few weeks it should be obvious. There's not much to go off in the photos to guess the breed. You can assume it is blue though. :)
