Chicken in distress..help!

My wyandotte hen has been making this awful noise and seems to be gasping for air. She is lethargic, doesn't seem to be eating or drinking. I dont see any discharge or mucus. She was completely fine a couple days ago. Any idea what it could be? I administered vetrx yesterday and safeguard wormer today. She's not any better or worse. Here's a link to a video of her.

I'm sorry that your hen is not well.

Have you looked inside her beak for any lesions, sores, canker and obstruction?
Is her crop empty in the morning?

It does sound like she has a respiratory illness, if you have vet care, that is best.
Depending on the cause, you may be able to treat her symptoms with an antibiotic like Tylan50.

What dosage of Safeguard are you giving?
