Chicken in the road

Well I googled cornish cross and everything all of you have said is right and now I am in a pickle with this bird.
There are options you can take:
Here is a link to a care sheet specifically for Cornish cross type birds. And here is a Facebook group all about keeping Cornish cross as pets. There is a loads of decent info and you can ask all your question here to people that have more experience with keeping Cornish cross as pets. But they are very anti-culling. So be aware that maybe if that is the best option doen the road then it's better not to suggest that there. There might also be people willing to adopt this specific bird there if you feel like you can't take care of it and don't want another person to process it.

There is info online but it's difficult to find. These 2 links should help you out with making the best informed decision.

I looked up cornish cross and pretty much everything people have told me on this thread is true. Grow too fast, health problems, not for back yard pets etc... sad. thought I would give it a week or so in a small coop surrounded by my 30 chickens then start letting it out days as usual. within 2 weeks they usually perch up in main coop by themselves. Dont really have the time to do much more. Now I am stuck.
