Had hay delivered to the homestead today in advance of the arrival of a breeding pair of lambs next week. The chicken inspectors were quick on the scene. Love how curios they are. Can't wait to go smell the hay!

Our flock is a bunch of youngins yet ranging from 3 wks to about 16 wks. Not expecting eggs for awhile yet. But I'll give them all the encouragement I can. Pretty sure I heard several approving Clucks from the older girls. It really did sound like they were having a conversation.
