Chicken is inactive, sitting on the ground, doesn't eat.

That's a pretty big egg! Is she acting differently now?
Yes, I haven't seen her sitting in the ground again like that other day. But I still see she is not as active as the others. She stays a long time just standing, without eating, scratching her feathers, and she drinks more water than the others. Today I haven't seen her eating at all.

I'm not sure what is going on, but like eggsandhens I am wondering if it is very hot weather there? I have had hens get lethargic and really thirsty during heat waves. I give my girls electrolytes during summer if they seem off. Here is a blog with a recipe for electrolytes in case the heat is an issue: https://www.fresheggsdaily.blog/2017/05/how-to-make-homemade-electrolytes-for.html

Also, here is a good article about doing chicken health exams: https://the-chicken-chick.com/chicken-checkup-diy-physical-exam/
It's winter here, 16 degrees Celsius today. I was more worried about the cold actually, but I'm not sure what's the right temperature for chickens.

I have notice just one of the hens drinking much water. The others look normal.
