Hello all!
My chicken started acting oddly a week ago, when she wandered off somewhere, and today she has gotten worse. She is lethargic (meaning she won't move), is lying in the box where they lay eggs with eyes closed all the time, and when she is standing her bottom is down compared to her top. She won't eat much and i have to inject water in her beak. Once I do that she pecks the food and closes her eyes.
I've checked her abdomen and it's pretty soft, her legs are normal, as well as her comb.
Her abdomen is very poopy and her poop is very watery, pretty yellow.
What should I do to help the poor thing? Do you know what may be wrong with her?
I've had one sick like this about a month ago, not the same thing but similar, but she got better, then got ill again, then got better. As of now, she's fine.
I've had another, but she died. She acted normal until the day, the only odd thing was that she was standing at the edge of the coop with her eyes closed.
Please, how can I help my chicken? What's wrong with her? I don't want to lose her...

Welcome to BYC. It sounds like your hens are having reproductive disorders, which can be common in hens over 2-3. How old is the sick hen? Do you have a picture of her?
Can you feel of her crop, to check if it is empty and flat, or if it is full, hard, soft, doughy, or puffy like a balloon? Put on a glove and insert a finger into her vent to feel for an egg. Feel of her lower belly between her legs to feel if it is enlarged. Look for lice or mites under vent. What are her poops like?

Clean up her vent feathers with soap and water. Make a watery mash of chicken feed, warm water, cooked egg, and a spoonful of yogurt or cottage cheese. If you have antibiotics, amoxicillin or baytril (enrofloxacin) can sometimes give a little temporary relief.

Internal laying, egg yolk peritonitis, salpingitis, and ascites (water belly) are common illnesses. Crop problems can go along with internal laying due to pressure on the digestive organs. Here is some reading about these illnesses:

She is about 2.5. Her crop is empty and flat. I couldn't feel an egg, but found a tiny drop of blood instead. When I did it again there was no blood, and I think I stuck deeper. There are no mites, as far as I've seen.
Her poop is watery, but it's pretty brown - and rare.

Thank you for the help. I think this is what is wrong with her. How do I treat it?

I have and I haven't found an egg, but a tiny drop of blood :/ :(
Hi @zchickens_ :frow Welcome To BYC
Can you post some photos of your hen and her poop?
You mention that you found a tiny drop of blood - where?

Where are you located in the world? (state/country)

I agree, it does sound like your hen may be having some reproductive issues. It would be good if you brought her in, cleaned her up and try to get her hydrated.

When was the last time she laid an egg?

Offer her some buttermilk or yogurt mixed into feed, and add enough water to make it runny. Hold it up to he beak in a lid or a spoon. If you could get some Corid at your feed store, you might want to give her a 5 day course of Corid for possible coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp (10 ml) of liquid Corid per gallon of water. Make sure that she drinks the water, and mix it with a small bit of her feed.

Hello~
I don't have any photos right now as it's dark, but I should have some tomorrow.
I found the blood in her vent, when I stuck my finger in.
I'm in the southeast of Europe, near the sea.
She didn't lay an egg for a while, the winter was very cold...

Her legs are very weak and when I set her down she keeps them curled - and falls.
There are no obvious injuries though.
