Our black white created polish has been acting slow, even drunk. She'll move slowly and drink slowly. She isn't eating her normal feed but was eating blueberries no problem. I gave her some sav-a-chick and she was drinking that no problem. None of the other girls are showing the same symptoms. She'll stumble when I put her down. I don't see any discharge around her nostrils or ears. I've included a picture of her poop. It appears kind of yellow. Thank you for any advice you have. (She is vaccinated for Mareks)

How old is she?
When is the last time she laid an egg?
Can she see well - does she need a feather trim around the eyes?

What type of food/treats do you feed?
You may want to give her a good looking over - check for lice/mites, make sure her crop is empty in the morning and feel her abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid.

The off balance behavior could be from dehydration, vitamin deficiency, disease like Marek's or some other condition or illness.
Get her hydrated, feel her abdomen for bloat/swelling and check her crop to make sure it's empty in the morning.

While this may not be the case, it is possible that because of the polish crested’s vaulted skull she could have minor or major brain damage. Show standard Silkies, modern polish crested, and other crested breeds have vaulted skulls which allow them to have the funky flufffy crest. However, this also causes the skull to have holes in some places, leaving only feather and skin protecting their vulnerable brain. I will attempt to link a picture of a vaulted skull below, but I’m not sure how so it may just appear as a link:
