Hi!
I have a chicken, which is sneezing, not constantly, but every day once in a while it's sneezing. It's a very light sneeze, the chicken shakes its head a bit and thats it.
My chicken run is bedded with sand and my coop has straw pellets as bedding, which also ejects dust particles into the air. This chicken is the only one that's sneezing.

Could the cause be, that it's more susceptible to dust irritation than the others, or is this a more serious health issue?

Help is very much appreciated!

It's normal for chickens to sneeze every now and then, just like a dog or cat or human.
Feed dust can also cause sneezing among other things. However if you observe symptoms of facial swelling, runny nostrils, wheezing, bubbles in eyes, it would indicate a respiratory disease. This is not the case with your hen in my opinion.
