chicken just sits in nest box

have 5 buff orpingtons,egg laying is down 1 to2 eggs a day.but 1 jus sits in nesting box,he looks ok what should i do.or is this normal.thanks.........

Assuming the 'he' on the nest is actually a 'she' ~~ she is probably broody.
