Hi all any help with this I'd really appreciate it.
I have a Chicken 3 Months old. Everything was going fine
Just the last few days she keeps falling to one side.
and can't stand up without help. She's eating and drinking with help.
it doesn't seem to be a problem with her leg.
Is there anything that can be done to help her.

Regards

Do you have any pictures? Is she lethargic or standing around puffed up? Is it hot there? I would give her some sugar water or electrolytes and make sure that she is not dehydrated. Was she vaccinated for Mareks or coccidiosis? What do her poops look like?

Does she normally lay eggs? When was the last one? Could she have an egg stuck? Do her legs have any curling under of her toes, swelling, or green bruising? How long has she been like this? I would try some human vitamin E and B complex for possible neuro probblems. Could she have a back injury from a rooster mating her? You may want to check out a chicken sling which she can sit in for periods throughout the day which may help her eat and drink. Here are some examples especially posts 5, 11-14:
