Chicken layed an egg

My chicken layed this last night while on the roost, she wasn't moving much and I had to pick her up and move her to the roost from outside. She stood on the roost for a bit and then layed this, last week we redid the coop and made it bigger and nicer for them and she layed a small egg like a song bird egg and then layed a few more then this one last night. Today she was running around like normal like nothing ever happened she's the only on that ha layed anything different.
It had no she'll, there was quite a bit of blood, and the top part was like chopped off..

What's going on!!! She's an Easter egger too.

My guess would be something is stressing her out. If she is acting normal other than the deformed eggs then something may be stressing her out which can cause these kinds of things.

That is a really weird one, haven't seen that before.

How old is she?
How long has she been laying? New layers can lay some funky ones for the first months or so.

Laying a softie can make them act a bit odd, I've seen it a couple times - the standing still in a trance kind of a thing, it must feel strange.

As long as it doesn't happen frequently you should probably just write it off as an anomaly.

She is a few years old got her from my uncle so about 3 years old maybe 2 years old. shes been laying for a while. there was another like it a week earlier. but we don't know who layed it i assumed it was one of our new chickens that just started to lay. she has been a little strange and is always making noise when we are out but still acts like everyone else and eats normally. but i haven't seen anymore besides the two softies and the small one.
