Chicken laying behaviour

Hi I'm just wondering if there is any ways to get my hens to start laying again as they stopped for the winter and I would like to know how to help them start again thanks !

You can supplement light or just wait it out a bit longer. Once days get over 10 hrs they start to pick up again, end January here, and are usually full lay when 11 hours sunrise to sunset. For my latitude that's end of February.

I'm missing my morning eggs for breakfest too. For a month now I've just enough to use for baking/cooking.

Give them extra protein for feed and/or treats. It helps them get through their molt quicker.
