The easiest way to tell if you are buying Easter Eggers or true Ameraucana is that true Ameraucana ALWAYS have a color/variety specified. If no color/variety is specified, it's a safe bet it's an Easter Egger.

Maple is quite gorgeousShe's a very pretty girl! She almost looks like my Maple (feed store easter egger). I'm sorry that she lays brown though. Maple, when she actually does lay, lays a big green egg.
