I would do a vent exam—insert one finger an inch inside the vent to check for an egg or egg material. If you have not been giving her calcium, take a whole egg, shell and all, and grind it up in your food processor or blender. You can do that with a raw or boiled egg, and it has vitamin D plus calcium. She should respond to the calcium plus vitamin D if it is a deficiency.
