I rescued four chickens on Christmas Eve from a very disgusting situation. I’m trying to deal with the aftermath but every day it seems there’s something new. Now one of the chickens has very watery poop. Mostly water with a little green bit of grass and such. I picked her up to check her vent and the feathers around it or paste it down and white and her vent appears to be leaking clear fluid. Het vent is not red and it’s not swollen. It looks very normal. It’s just leaking. Does anybody have any idea what this could be or what I should do?

I can take pictures when I get home. She’s acting totally fine. Eating drinking, out free ranging and scratching and eating bugs and grass. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

Ok. Like I said, from what you described it sounds like worms. I’m not entirely sure how to treat them, so hopefully someone who knows chimes in.
