I have a one year old chicken that has been leaking poop for at least two weeks now. She is healthy, laying every other day as always, eating/drinking. Her vent looks fine aside her loosing some feathers around it. And of course leaking of somewhat smelly poop. What can this possibly be? I have washed her already once, but this just keeps continuing.

It sounds very much like vent gleet. It is usually a fungal infection, and can happen at the same time as another disease or in times of stress, or being run down. Treatment would be probiotics in the water or twice a week plain yogurt with food, an antifungal cream such as mycostatin, Nustock (a sulfur-based cream available at farmstores,) or other antifungal lotion.I would also put ACV in her water, and check her out for illnesses such as sour crop which sometimes happens at the same time.
