Chicken Leg Problem

Hello all, I'm wondering if anybody can help me with my plymouth rock hen who has been going downhill steadily the past month.
I am fairly new to chickens. When we purchased our house a year ago it came with a flock of 9 in the backyard, and I'd always wanted chickens so that was fine. But I noticed soon after that one of the two plymouth rock hens had terrible scaly leg, which I treated and all was fine but she was left with these large growths on her legs that wouldn't budge. About a month ago one of these growths (on the back of her knee) came off and she was left with a large deep wound. I attempted to treat it but it became infected so she went to the vet. She's on painkillers and antibiotics and having it bandaged with betadine daily on vet's instruction. She hasn't put this foot on the ground since the wound appeared so her other leg has taken all of her weight. The vet said she will eventually start using it again when the wound heals more so I wasn't too concerned.
It was going well until a few days ago when she refused to use her other leg as well. Is there a way to know if she's sprained or broken it? I've checked and I can't see any new wounds, she just doesn't seem able to put any weight on it. So she cannot move at all now and sits all day. She is still eating and drinking when I offer her food and water. She doesn't seem unwell and is isolated from the others in her own comfy dog crate. The lead girl of the flock considers herself a rooster and attacks her without mercy if I let her out.
Is it possible for her to recover from this? I have no idea how old she is but was laying eggs before the wound appeared.
Thanks so much in advance

No sadly I don't know how old she is. When we moved in the previous owner told us their breeds and names and that was it (really wish I had asked now). She was laying eggs before this happened though.
When I lift her the left foot curls around instead of laying flat like it used to. So when I put her down she just stumbles and lays down straight away. She doesn't scoot.
The dark patch is a scar from another scaly leg wound that came off months ago. I've touched it and doesn't cause any pain.
