One of my 6 week old Delawares has a leg turned out My research on this site led me to a thread where the person performed "physical therapy" on a 2 week old chicken and saw some improvement.

Is this something that can be corrected? Should I consult a vet? Is there such a thing as a chicken vet? Any feedback appreciated.

She may have a slipped tendon, or another leg bone deformity which can be common in chicks and all types of poultry. I would Google "leg bone deformities in chickens," where you will find several good articles from The Poultry Site, The Merck Veterinary Manual, and others. Have you tried poultry vitamins. There is a good thread called "Slipped Tendon In A Chick, Anyone Try To Fix This?" If you do a search on Google or on BYC.
