Chicken lethargic and spinning head

My 2yo rooster was brought in by my son today because he was still roosting after noon. The chicken appears to have lost weight. 8.1lbs now. We tried tylosin today. But seems to be getting worse. I ordered corid but it's not in yet.

What breed is he?

I ask because I have silkies who can suffer from vitamin deficiencies more than others, and also wry neck. ATM both those issues come to my mind as possibilities.

Are all your other ones fine? How's his poop?
