I moved out for college and got a text from my dad saying one of our chickens is very sick, according to him she was fine last night but he found her on the ground this morning, she is very weak and lethargic, any ideas or suggestions?
(I know this isn’t much information)

You're right. It's not much information.

Balance and leg weakness can point to toxin exposure.
Sudden lethargy absent other symptoms can point to bacterial infection.
History of soft shell eggs may point to egg binding.
If the crop is full and not emptying overnight, it can be a crop issue.
If the chicken is over eight years, it can be cancer.
If the weather where you live is warm, humid and wet, it can be coccidiosis.

We think it was coccidiosis (Houston Texas 100% humidity all summer), she didn’t make it 😢

Sorry for your loss. She was beautiful. Do you have other chickens?

Yeah, I started with 6 silver laced wyandottes then got 3 blue laced reds and this dark Brahma a while later. Lost two to a hawk and now two to what we think was coccidiosis

Losses are difficult but practically inevitable when starting out. :hugsAre you treating the survivors with Corid for coccidiosis?
