Chicken limping!

My rhodie is limping and her left leg seems to be splayed out! How can I treat this?

What is the age and how long has this been happening? Is this an injury?

She's a bit over a year and two months. This has been happening for only about 3 days. I'm not sure if it is an injury I went to check on them in the morning and she was hopping on one leg.
