So the more I watch my tiny chicken I am noticing that she won't stand or walk the others are all over the place walking on the top of the feeders running and standing but this tiny one can only stand for a few seconds before her little legs give out on her. I am including a picture of one of the bigger babies leg and then the little ones leg can anyone tell me if they have had this experience. And will she get better. Will she be able to walk?

Can you isolate her and then watch to see that she’s eating, drinking and pooping like the others? Is she being picked on by the others?
She gets stepped on yes I will separate her. I tried to earlier but she was chirping so loud I thought she might be lonely but I want her to be ok.

she doesn't look like she is doing the splits her legs are just very skinny compared to the others her legs go under her and she can stand for a little while but she doesn't really walk. I have looked at the articles about the splay legs but it doesn't seem like she has that problem. I think she is just very small and not as strong as the others maybe I have to much shavings in the brooder so she is unable to get her footing right. I have her separate for now just so she can eat and drink with out being stepped on.

Of course you were right to recognize that chirping as a sign of distress, wanting to be with her flock mates.

Do you have enough equipment to set her up with three or four flockmates, separate from the rest of the group but not completely alone, so you can see if she’ll get what she needs without getting run over? Maybe with less bedding, like a towel instead of thick shavings?

Yes I was wondering if I should have her alone or with a couple of others. I will put 2 of the other chicks with her in the brooder she is in

She still isn't standing up but she did have some poop in the I had to take her flock mate out because everyone I put in was mean. She is not progressing in size not are her feathers developing. I am including pics first of the little one then of the others. She does not seem to be in any pain. I do not want to cull her even if it means she will never lay or be normal. I can feed her and hold her up while she drinks.what do you think.
