Chicken loosing balance, tail down, stands alot

Should I keep her away from the rest? I can definitely take some pictures tomorrow morning (I'll keep her in a separate coop overnight so I know whats hers and post them)
I'm not an expert, but from what I've read salpingitis is not contagious, or spread by roosters. I wonder that, if it's an E.coli bacteria, why couldn't it be somewhat communicable. Maybe our experts have more info on this disease.

What we're looking for is a yellowish discharge, or yellowish liquid in her poop. Normally, from time to time, chickens will have some poop stuck on their feathers around the vent. If she's sick, she'll have some medium thick yellow discharge hanging on the feathers. Over time that will collect. I would keep a close eye on her poop, and post pictures. This is a picture of some of the yellow discharge we cut off our hens rear, below the vent.View attachment 4133382

And close to final before we had her euthanized.

Her necropsy determined she had salpingitis.

She is 3yrs old. This I believe started few weeks ago but not all symptoms. She now doesn't walk much just looks like trying to sleep, her tail seems to 90% always be down

I have tried deworming and have started recently adding vitimains in the water nothing has changed.

Warning ⚠️ bum picture (this is what it looks like that I say dirty bum)
Can you give her a good wash up?

It looks like there may be maggots around the vent, hard to tell, could just be a lot of odd looking debris and urates. You'll notice if there are any when you give her a soaking because they will float in the water.

If there are maggots, then wash her up really well, look for any wounds under the vent/between the legs. Repeated soaking/washing in soapy water will help flush out maggots, but you may still have to remove some with tweezers. Repeat a few times a day until the maggots are gone. IF you do find wounds, get some photos.

Ill have to check again tomorrow. I did wash her before seeing this post and nothing floated up. I think thats poo on feathers but now I'll double check. Thank you.

One of my chickens has recently started showing more signs and Im not sure what to try anymore.

She is 3yrs old. This I believe started few weeks ago but not all symptoms. She now doesn't walk much just looks like trying to sleep, her tail seems to 90% always be down (she really perks up for treats and only time I see it up or her running), sometimes she will almost fall over and use her wings for balance.

She is eating but I don't believe she is drinking as much as the others (they get fed an all flock blend high in protein and oyster shells on the side)

I don't see and injuries. I have tried deworming and have started recently adding vitimains in the water nothing has changed. The falling over is recent. (Ive thought about giving her the liquid vitamins by syringe but worried I will hurt her and she will inhail it)

She doesn't seem to have lost weight
He bum has been getting dirty from pooping (I cleaned it off and was good for about 2 days and now getting dirty again)
Have you considered taking her to the doctor? If that’s not an option- TelaVets.com treats chickens via telemedicine

What did you deworm with - product name, dose and duration?

I'd check her crop to make sure it's emptying.
If she's not laid in a while, it may be worth giving her Extra Calcium for a few days to see if she's able to expel any material. Give 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily.

Do you have an antibiotic on hand?

Fenbendazole Aquasol for 5 days in drinking water as instructed on the directions.

Ive given her oyster shells but she hasn't been eating them.

I see her eating here and there but Im starting to suspect not as much as she should be. She only really goes crazy for the berries or treats.

Is that a people vitamin or one I have to look for, for chickens?

Thankyou for any and all advice, I really want to help her pull through.
